The entire process of selling and buying seemed so easy and was made so pleasant by Mary Jane. The buying process was by far the most impressive. She has so much patience and is all about finding her client the perfect home. We must have looked at over 50 properties and never sensed pressure or felt ignored. She always did her best to be available at any time. The couple of times she had a scheduling conflict, she made sure someone of her team was there to accompany and assist us. With her staging direction, our house photos turned out amazing. We ended up getting multiple offers in the first 24 hours! On the flip side, Jake was able to fund us our forever home. He showed us houses all around North Texas, but then really nailed it when he found the perfect house before it even hit the market! We were able to move on it before anyone else, and the whole experience was above and beyond anything we expected.
